I’m so glad you’re here.

I'm an anxious, socially awkward, (formally) super-hot mess with a semi-dark (but completely awesome) sense of humor. Living with Complex PTSD makes almost everything about every day life harder. I share my experience to humanize stress and personality disorders, provide insight regarding trauma focused therapies, and normalize trauma response. I want people like me to know they are not alone and that recovery from all the things is possible.
